Personal Data Processing Memorandum
Dear Madam/Dear Sir,
Please be informed that the Legislative Decree No. 196 issued on 30 June 2003, “Code regulating the safeguard of personal data”, provides for the protection of persons and other subjects in connection with personal data processing.
According to the above-mentioned regulations, personal data processing shall be conducted according to principles of honesty, lawfulness and transparency, as well as safeguard of your privacy and of your rights.
Therefore, pursuant to article 13 of the Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, we are hereby supplying to you the following information:
- The data supplied by you shall be processed for administrative, fiscal and sales literature purposes.
- The data processing shall be conducted manually or through the employment of electronic means and shall exclusively involve personal data.
- The supply of the data is compulsory for the purposes of carrying out the assignments received and any refusal to supply such data may result in partial or full failure to carry out such assignments.
- The data shall not be disclosed under circumstances other than those allowed by the Law or to parties other than the external subjects who carry out assignments on behalf of the company.
- The person in charge and the manager of data processing within the Italian State for the company Carver Srl, with registered office in Milano, Piazza Velasca, 6, is Mr. Luigi Cuzzocrea, who avails himself of specifically appointed officers.
- You may at any time exercise your rights with regards to the person in charge of data processing, pursuant to art.7 of the Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, which we are fully quoting below for your convenience:

Art. 7 - Right to access personal data and other rights
- The party concerned shall be entitled to obtain confirmation of the existence or non existence of personal data related to him/her, even if not yet entered, as well as its notification in an intelligible format.

The party concerned shall be entitled to obtain an indication as to:
- source of personal data;
- purpose of, and procedures for, data-processing;
- logic applied in the event of data processing conducted with the aid of electronic means;
- identification data relating to the person in charge, to the managers and to the representative appointed pursuant to article 5, paragraph 2;
- subjects and categories of subjects to whom data may be disclosed or who may become aware of such data in their capacity as the persons in charge of the data-processing in the territory of the State, managers or officers.

The party concerned shall be entitled to obtain:
- the update, correction or, should he/she so require, integration of the data;
- the deletion, transformation in an anonymous form or blocking of data processed in breach of the law, including the data for which preservation is not required with respect to the purposes for which the data was collected or subsequently processed;
- the declaration that the operations as set forth under points a) and b) have been disclosed to the persons to whom the data were communicated or disclosed, also with reference to their content, save for the cases in which this requirement proves impossible to meet or involves a commitment of means that is clearly disproportionate compared to the protected right;

The party concerned is entitled to fully or partly object:
- for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data relating to him/her, even if pertaining to the purposes for which said data has been collected;
- to his/her personal data being processed for the purposes of sending out advertising material or for direct sale purposes, or for conducting market researches or business announcements.
